Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Choose Your Option
Select whether you would like a direct refund to your original payment method or a seamless exchange for a different size, color, or style.
- 3.Print and Pack
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely pack your belt in its original packaging or a similar protective mailer.
- 4.Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or ship out your new belt immediately.
